Hey Julie!
Just wanted to let you know that Taffy is doing GREAT! She has made a huge amount of progress in the last week. She usually comes to me when I whistle, or when I call her. I have even gotten her to sit a few times! Still having some issues with her name... Sometimes she responds to it, sometimes she doesn’t.
She is still kinda shy and very quiet, but its only been a week. I am very confident that she will come around just fine. I think she is even learning more from my other dogs than she is from me! Taffy loves running around and playing in the back yard with Jasper (the other German Shepherd). She sleeps on her bed all night right next to mine. She has a good daily routine and she is eating well. I also took her to the vet the other day to get checked out. Everything is fine. She is an absolute sweet heart. I couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you SO much for the work you do! It is truly a great thing you are doing for these animals!
I will do my best to keep you updated. Probably again in a couple months when she has fully come around. Do you still have those pictures you took of us? I would love to have them! Hope you are having a good day... And, THANK YOU again!!!
